Position Overview:
We're hiring a Creative Assistant to craft dynamic visual content! Seeking someone skilled in Canva for up to 10 weekly social media posts, plus creating 10 engaging videos. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a degree, thrive in remote work, and excel in diverse responsibilities crucial for our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills Task
Social Media Content Creation Generate and design up to 10 attention-grabbing Facebook and social media posts weekly using Canva, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Video Production Create up to 10 engaging videos weekly using provided video editing tools, ensuring high-quality output in line with brand standards.
Creative Ideation Collaborate on brainstorming and researching innovative concepts aligning with the brand's vision and objectives.
Content Development Contribute to crafting high-quality content that adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the brand's identity.
Design Support Aid in visual content creation, maintaining design standards to enhance the overall visual appeal and brand image.

Requirements:

● Minimum 5 years' experience in startup or MNC environments, showcasing expertise in creative support and proficiency in using Canva.
● Hold a degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid foundation in creative practices. Preferably from top universities in the Philippines.
● Creative thinker with a sharp attention to detail, displaying a passion for innovation and staying updated on tech industry trends.
● Demonstrates willingness to work diligently and go above and beyond expectations.

Position Overview:
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients via various support channel. This role will require a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with product-related issues or technical difficulties.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products/services and stay updated on any changes or updates.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline).
At least 5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on empathy and active listening.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions.
A dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work, including a stable internet connection.
Experience working in a remote customer support role in a tech-related industry.
